The Rockhampton Girls Grammar graduating cohort of 2022 at their Graduation Ceremony at McKeague Hall on November 16.

The annual Year 12 Graduation Ceremony was held on Thursday, November 16.

It was a personal celebration of each of our graduands, involving their families and the Girls Grammar community.

After speeches from our School Principal Kara Krehlik, the P&F, and Old Girls Representatives, Ashley Mott and Gretchen Davis-Hill cut the Graduation cake.

Both young women were the current longest attending students, having started Prep with RGGS in 2010.

The cake itself was a marvellous chocolate creation made by one of our own chefs.

Each student was presented to the audience and introduced with the reading of their future aspirations.

The graduands received their parting gifts from each special guest.

During the evening, Gretchen Davis-Hill shared her musical talents on the guitar, and the night finished with the Year 12 students singing the school song for the second last time as Seniors.

At the end of the evening family and friends gathered for supper on McKeague deck.

We wish the 2022 Graduates every success for the future.
