CAB Coffee Bar

Our Senior Hospitality students proudly hosted a Coffee Bar for staff on Pink Day, showcasing their hospitality skills through planning, preparation and customer service. Staff were invited to enjoy a delicious menu featuring warm egg and bacon muffins and freshly baked choc chip banana bread topped with whipped butterscotch icing. To accompany their meal, staff could choose from a selection of hot or iced coffees prepared and served by the students.

The Coffee Bar offered a variety of service options to cater to staff needs. Guests could visit CAB to place their order and take it away, relax and dine on the balcony while enjoying the stunning views across Rockhampton and Mt Archer, or have their order conveniently delivered directly to their classroom.

The event provided students with valuable hands-on industry experience, allowing them to develop their food preparation, barista, customer service and teamwork skills in a real-world setting while creating an enjoyable café experience for staff.
