School Care
OUT OF HOURS
At Girls Grammar, we understand the many demands placed on school-age children and their families. To support our community, we have long provided before school supervised play, run by our own caring staff, and partnered with Skippy’s OSHC, The Range, for After School and Vacation Care.
From 8 October, we are excited to welcome Camp Australia as the new provider of our Before School, After School, and Vacation Care programs at Rockhampton Girls Grammar School. Camp Australia brings extensive experience and a commitment to creating engaging, safe, and supportive environments for children beyond school hours.
BEFORE SCHOOL SUPERVISED PLAY
Operates out of the Early Learning Centres playground from 7:15am daily (during term times) and is a free service provided by Rockhampton Girls Grammar School.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Operated by Camp Australia, from 3.00pm to 5.30pm daily (during term time) in the School Health Centre (H2 off Little Athelstane Street). Access to this facility is through the car park located at the bottom of the School.

This service is available for Primary students of Rockhampton Girls Grammar School only.
VACATION CARE
Operated by Camp Australia, from 8.00am to 5.30pm during school holiday periods and pupil free days. Outside School Hours care is is also available for school half days.

Primary students can commence in the year they start Prep and attend up until Year 6.

Your OSHC After School Care
From After School Care to Pupil Free Day programs, every activity is tailored to the interests and needs of the children in our services. Every week is different and in any one week, children could be participating in science experiments, active play, creative expression and more! We also provide nutritious breakfast options as well as delicious afternoon snacks with a variety of fresh, seasonal ingredients that also meet the dietary requirements of our children. Rocketeers Extraordinary Holiday Program is conveniently located at your school. Discover extraordinary adventures during the school holidays as you explore hundreds of unique experiences your child will love.
Let your child learn something new, make new friends and have fun through hundreds of unique experiences! You'll discover various activities that involve fun team challenges, outdoor excursions, arts & crafts, cooking, coding and many more.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
The Australian government provides assistance to eligible families with the cost of approved childcare. The CCS helps to reduce the fees you pay, before you are billed.
