LEADHER ACADEMY
Empowering HER voice. HER vision. HER confidence. To make HER impact.
At Rockhampton Girls Grammar School, leadership is not reserved for the few—it is a journey for every girl.

About the Academy
LeadHER Academy is our pioneering leadership program, designed to nurture clever, confident, and connected young women from Prep through to Year 12. Built on the foundation of The 15 Disciplines of Ethical Leadership, the program is seamlessly woven into pastoral care, curriculum, co-curricular activities, and enrichment opportunities.
Unlike off-the-shelf programs, LeadHER Academy is:
-
Exclusive and school-owned – developed by our staff, for our girls.
-
Progressive and age-appropriate – scaffolding leadership learning from early years to senior school.
-
Collaborative – students and staff co-learn, shaping a leadership culture across the whole school.
-
Purpose-driven – aligned with our mission to empower young women to create and embrace every opportunity.
By investing in both staff and students, LeadHER Academy creates a connected community of mentors and leaders. Girls leave Girls Grammar not just academically prepared, but ready to lead with courage, compassion, and confidence.
