Rockhampton Girls Grammar School (RGGS) has partnered with ETHICLEAD to become the first school in Australia to deliver The 15 Disciplines of Ethical Leadership program to both staff and students, side by side.
For the first time, students have joined staff in learning how to lead with purpose and integrity. Rolling out in Semester 2 of 2026 this powerful program will serve as the foundation of our whole school leadership framework, integrating character development into daily life and learning.
From Prep to Year 12 and beyond, to staff, Rockhampton Girls Grammar School (RGGS) students will be equipped with the character and confidence to lead with empathy, courage and purpose, in their contribution to our ever-changing society.
About the Academy
At Rockhampton Girls Grammar School, leadership is not reserved for the few—it is a journey for every girl.
Three-Year Rollout
2026: Pilot – Years 7 & 8.
2027: Expansion – Years 5–6 and 9–10.
2028: Full integration – Prep–4 and Years 11–12.
Outcomes
Girls Grammar girls will share a consistent leadership language from Prep to Year 12, becoming resilient, ethical, and adaptable leaders who contribute meaningfully to society with confidence and clarity of purpose, while carrying lifelong skills that enable them to thrive academically, socially, and professionally.

The program draws on the 15 Disciplines Leadership program, a proven leadership framework that builds ethical influence, emotional resilience, and strategic clarity, now designed to support students from Prep to Year 12.
