Celebrating 134 years of Rockhampton Girls Grammar School! 💛

Today, we proudly mark Foundation Day, honouring more than a century of learning, leadership and tradition at Rockhampton Girls Grammar School.

While today acknowledges this special milestone, we will be celebrating together as a school community during Week Two. Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing daily “Did You Know?” posts featuring fascinating moments from our school’s rich history. We warmly invite our community to take part in one of our most cherished traditions on Wednesday 29th April, the Gold Coin Spiral around Paterson House. Students, staff, families and alumnae are encouraged to bring along gold coins as we come together to celebrate our shared heritage and support the ongoing care and restoration of this treasured building. We look forward to celebrating Foundation Day week with our Girls Grammar community and shining a light on 134 years of pride, connection and history.
