Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service – Child and Adolescent Oral Health Services (CQHHSCAOHS) are offering full dental treatment to students, up to and including Year 10, currently enrolled at Rockhampton Girls Grammar school.
This service will be provided by the Allenstown State School Dental Clinic, which is located on Margaret Street, Allenstown 4700.
A Medical History/Consent form will be emailed form CQHHSCAOHS or alternatively can now be completed via the QR code on the attached flyer. Hard copy forms will also be available at Reception. Oral Health Services will contact parents to arrange bookings.
