Last week, 14 Year 11 students took to the stage to deliver their speeches as nominees for the 2027 Prefect team.
Being shortlisted is an achievement in itself, reflecting each student's dedication to our school community, commitment to service, and the leadership qualities they consistently demonstrate. Through their speeches, nominees shared their vision for the future of Girls Grammar and their desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Following the presentations, staff and students from Years 5 to 12 cast their votes for the students they would like to see represent our school community in 2027.
We congratulate all nominees for their courage, professionalism, and willingness to step forward as leaders. The 10 Prefects will be announced on the final day of Term 3, with portfolios and the 2027 Head Girls to be revealed later in the year at our Speech Night Awards.
