QAMT Maths Team Challenge

Students in Years 5 and 6 had the exciting opportunity to participate in the QAMT Maths Team Challenge, a dynamic competition held across five engaging events throughout the day: the Individual Event, Relay Event, Teams Event, Estimation Event, and Shoot-out Event, all undertaken alongside students from other schools. This enriching experience encourages students to extend their interest in creative problem solving while developing valuable mathematical reasoning and strategies. Through collaboration and friendly competition, students build essential teamwork skills and confidence, while also sharpening their ability to think critically and work efficiently under pressure. Overall, the challenge provides a stimulating and enjoyable day of intellectual engagement in a scholarly atmosphere, fostering both a love of mathematics and a sense of achievement.
