As Day 4 of QISSN comes to a close, our girls continue to show great determination and resilience on the court.
The girls went down 15–19 to Townsville Grammar in a hard-fought and physical quarter-final match. Despite the result, they competed strongly and never stopped fighting.
This afternoon, the team took on Good Shepherd Catholic College (Mount Isa) on the show court. Backing up after yesterday's win, it was another close battle, with the girls narrowly going down 17–14. The team continues to gain valuable experience against quality opposition and has shown great commitment throughout the tournament.
Tomorrow marks the final day of competition, with the girls set to face Fraser Coast Anglican College at 8:00am. The match is expected to be live-streamed, and we look forward to seeing the team finish their QISSN campaign with the same enthusiasm, teamwork and spirit they have shown all week.
