Queensland Oztag All Schools Tournament

Our Oztag girls recently competed in the Queensland Oztag All Schools Tournament on the Sunshine Coast, delivering an outstanding performance throughout the carnival.
The team recorded three impressive wins, a draw, and two losses in the pool rounds, securing 3rd place in their pool and earning a spot in the quarter-finals. They were ultimately defeated by a talented and fast-paced opposition, but their achievement was remarkable, especially with half of the squad made up of Year 7 and Year 8 students competing in the Year 11 division.
We are incredibly proud of the team's effort, resilience, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. They embraced the challenge of a high standard of competition and represented our school with pride.
A special congratulations to Tia on her selection in the Queensland Merit Team, and to Porsha for being selected as a shadow player. These are fantastic achievements and a testament to their hard work and dedication. Well deserved!
