Junior Touch Grand Finals
After a long and enjoyable year of touch football, this weekend will see the Girls Grammar junior touch teams play their grand finals. We would love to have a sea of navy and gold supporters at the Rockhampton Touch Fields to cheer our girls on.
RGGS Raptors in the 14 girls’ division play their grand final on Friday night. Unfortunately, this clashes with Speech Night and our very academic team have a lot of girls missing. We wish the remaining players all the best for their game. We also would like to pass on our thanks to the girls playing up from the 12 years team to ensure we can field a team. If you would like to support, the game starts at 5.40pm on field 1 versus RGS.
On Saturday morning, Girls Grammar teams can be found on field 6. The action kicks-off from 8.00am with the RGGS Polywonga’s playing against Joey’s Jasmines in the 8 years division. This is followed by RGGS Blazers in the 10 years division at 8.40am against St Peter’s Galaxy. Finally, in the 12 years division, RGGS Crusaders versus Rebels Black at 9.20am.
Grand final games will be followed by presentations in front of the clubhouse.
