2025 has been an exciting and rewarding year for our Show Team, with 30 dedicated students participating across a variety of events and competitions. With students of all confidence levels and abilities, the team has embraced every opportunity to grow, learn, and shine.
Marlborough Show The Caves Show Biloela Show
This year, the team proudly represented our school at five major shows: Marlborough, The Caves, Biloela, Rockhampton, and Ridgelands. At each event, our students competed in Junior Judging, Junior Parading, and Junior Stewarding - earning numerous ribbons and accolades along the way.
Rockhampton Show Ridgelands Show
Junior Stewarding provided students with a valuable behind-the-scenes experience, giving them insight into the planning and effort that goes into running a successful show.
St Brendan's College Visit (Slideshow)
In addition to these competitions, the team made three visits to St Brendan’s College, where they worked closely with cattle and developed stronger connections between our schools. We are incredibly grateful to Mr Bill Oram from St Brendan’s for his generous support and for supplying cattle for our students to lead at several shows.

We also extend our congratulations to one of our proud Old Girls, Jessica Chapman, who achieved outstanding success this year, winning Champion Junior Judge – Prime Cattle and Champion Junior Judge – Stud Cattle. Jessica will go on to represent the Central Queensland Chamber at the State competition at the Brisbane Ekka this August— an incredible achievement!
Well done to all students involved in the Show Team this year. Your dedication, teamwork, and enthusiasm have been truly inspiring!
