Ariat High School Campdraft
From the paddock to the competition arena, young rural women continue to make their mark, and today on International Day of Rural Women, we're proud to celebrate their achievements.
Our team of nine girls and 17 horses recently represented the College at the Ariat High School Campdraft, competing against 38 schools from Queensland and New South Wales and approximately 255 student competitors.
The girls delivered outstanding performances throughout the event, with their dedication, commitment and hard work earning the team an impressive ninth-place finish and an average score of 84.83.
We are incredibly proud of the girls' efforts and the way they represented our school. Their passion for the sport, determination and support for one another are a wonderful reflection of the strength and spirit of rural communities. A huge thank you also goes to the girls' families and supporters, whose encouragement, dedication and countless hours behind the scenes helped make this opportunity possible. Their support plays an invaluable role in enabling our students to pursue their passions and achieve success.
