Juggling work and pleasure is a priority this week for all of our boarders. It is a week filled with the State of Origin, The Rocky Show and our Formal on top of our already busy schedule. It also happens to be a week full of assessment in the day school. The girls are responsible for managing their commitments with a lot of support from boarding and teaching staff. We look forward to supporting our Show Cattle girls on Thursday and seeing our beautiful Year 12 girls dressed up on Saturday afternoon. The girls are excited to greet the girls when they arrive for their walk through. We will be heading out to ten pin bowling and the shops as well.
Last Friday night our girls were great ambassadors at the Mabo celebration held in North Rockhampton. The girls met with Elders, and without being asked, offered to make the guest hot drinks and serve the people in attendance. We are very proud of our girls.
