In 2025, we proudly celebrate seven more Rockhampton Girls Grammar students who join the ranks of 4,290 other QATSIF students across Queensland. These dedicated young individuals are committed to building a brighter future for themselves, their families, their communities, and all Australians.
Congratulations to: Hannah Blucher, Bella Boyd, Matilda Cutting, Kaylyn Mosby, Rudora Naawi, Thomaxena Tamwoy, Alexandra Walker.
The Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Foundation (QATSIF) is a charitable trust organisation established in 2008. It recognises that successful completion of schooling builds a foundation for employment and a better quality of life for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people. QATSIF offers scholarships through all Queensland secondary schools to support Year 11 and 12 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students with their senior studies.
QATSIF humbly acknowledges the sacrifices of their Elders and Ancestors, particularly those who were affected by the grave injustice of Stolen Wages.
We eagerly anticipate the bright futures these students will create.
