Exploring the Heart of Healthcare: Sienna's Work Experience at iMed

A couple of weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity to spend a week at iMed for work experience, and it was one of the most eye-opening and inspiring experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a team of passionate professionals who were eager to share their knowledge and involve me in real-world tasks. I got to observe how different departments collaborate, learned about the latest medical technologies, and even assisted with some hands-on projects that gave me a deeper understanding of the healthcare industry. Each day brought something new - whether it was sitting in on meetings, shadowing staff, or asking questions that sparked meaningful conversations. My time at iMed not only strengthened my interest in the medical field but also gave me a clearer sense of direction for my future. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and the people who made it so memorable.
