Moana Jr.: Five Sold-out Shows, One Unforgettable Voyage

What an incredible journey our school has just taken with Moana Jr.! For the first time ever, we took our musical offsite - and what a success it was. Over five sold-out shows at the Walter Reid Cultural Centre, our students brought the story of Moana to life with heart, humour, and a whole lot of talent.

We want to say a huge thank you to our amazing school community. Your support - whether you were in the audience cheering, helping behind the scenes, or lending a hand in the lead-up - meant everything. This show simply couldn’t happen without the volunteers who made costumes, sold food, helped with tickets and programmes, and kept things running smoothly. You are the unsung heroes of the production, and we’re so grateful.

Most of all, we’re proud of our girls. They worked incredibly hard, supported each other, and gave it their all on and off the stage. The joy and confidence they gained from this experience is why we do it. Seeing our students sail beyond the reef, discover their strengths, and shine like the heart of Te Fiti - that’s what makes it all worthwhile.

Thanks for being part of the Moana Jr. adventure - we can’t wait to do it all again next year…
