ROCK THE CHOP IS BACK!
The Cancer Council’s Ponytail Project, Rock the Chop, is on again, and this year 20 students and 2 teachers have made the brave choice to cut their hair and help make a difference. Their donated ponytails will help create wigs for people experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment and other medical conditions, while their fundraising supports the important work of Cancer Council. Show them your support by checking out our nominees poster and scanning the QR code to support your chosen participant.
Then join us for The Chop on Wednesday 14 October, from 8.30am to 9.45am in the CAB Undercover Area.
This year, you can also get involved in the action. Our Silent Auction will run from Tuesday 6 October to Monday 12 October, with bids placed in $10 increments. The highest silent bid for each participant will become their reserve price at our Live Auction on the day. From there, the bidding continues, and the highest bidder earns the honour of making The Chop. Bids can be made in person, by placing your bid into the participant jars outside Reception, or Boarding families can phone Reception and placing your bid with our staff. Make sure you place your highest bid and include your contact information.
