This term we have Deadly Choices running their Senior Tobacco Education Program in our Thursday afternoon club sessions. Deadly Choices facilitator Shilee has so far presented an informative and interactive look at the history and negative effects of tobacco use while keeping the girls engaged and having fun throughout each session.
After finishing the theory component of this program, the girls have now started on art pieces; posters portraying the damaging effects of smoking from their own point of view.
Each of the girls who have participated fully in the program will receive a Deadly Choices T-shirt at the end of the course which they are very excited about.
