Visiting the Rockhampton Botanic Gardens was a highlight of the weekends activities. With beautiful weather, the girls visited the Zoo, Japanese Gardens, played skittles, Tug of War and kicked the football.
The Cattle Club/Show Team girls travelled to Ridgelands to compete in parading and judging. Congratulations to Heidi who was awarded a first and second and Tilly for second in the judging. The entire Girls Grammar team, standing out in their pink shirts, were awarded the best dressed Grooms person.
Meanwhile our indigenous girls were preparing and practising hard for their cultural dance routine performed on Assembly for Reconciliation Week. Their performance never fails to impress.
With the pin board competition completed, we will announce all winners in next week's article.
