Feeling gratitude is important for your well-being.
This week I celebrated my birthday. It wasn’t an important ‘number’ or auspicious occasion for me. I made plans to spend some time with family; as fortune would have it, my birthday fell on my day off this year. I was overwhelmed and grateful for the community here at Girls Grammar as I certainly have felt loved and appreciated this week. The girls decorated my office, sang me Happy Birthday at breakfast and the seniors shared a cake they bought for me at morning tea. The staff and students have sent me lovely messages and spoiled me rotten.
So grateful for my Girls Grammar family.
