On Friday, March 15th, we opened our doors wide to welcome families to our Discover Girls Grammar event, featuring personalised tours and an enchanting Early Years Afternoon Tea.
The Discover Girls Grammar Tour was a fantastic opportunity for families to engage directly with our school. Led by members of our Executive team and student leaders, the tours provided an insider's view of our campus, allowing families to explore our outstanding facilities and gain insights into our educational approach.
Throughout the tour, it was heartening to witness the excitement on the faces of our visitors as they interacted with our students and experienced firsthand the enriching atmosphere of learning and camaraderie that defines our school community. From state-of-the-art classrooms to dynamic extracurricular spaces, the tour showcased the myriad opportunities available at Girls Grammar for academic, artistic, and personal growth.
Following the tours, we had the pleasure of hosting our Early Years Afternoon Tea, a delightful occasion that brought together prospective Prep and Year 1 families with our current community. Set against the backdrop of laughter and exploration, the afternoon featured a range of engaging activities, playful interactions, and, of course, scrumptious treats.
As children gleefully immersed themselves in activities and parents engaged in conversations with our staff, the event encapsulated the spirit of warmth and inclusivity that defines Girls Grammar. It was heartwarming to witness the bonds forming between families, as they shared stories, asked questions, and envisioned the bright futures that awaited their daughters within our school community.
