Princesses, villains and quirky comic characters - you guessed it; Disney was the theme for the annual Girls Grammar School Party.
The day started with the girls arriving at Littleton Plaza, decorated to resemble a Disney wonderland.
The costume parade was tough to judge, with best dressed being awarded to primary, middle, and secondary groups, as well as best dressed from the staff.
Afterwards the girls were given the opportunity to enjoy in Disney themed activities; from swimming with the mermaids at ‘Under the Sea’, to decorating princess crowns at ‘Tiana’s Diner’.
There was face painting and storytelling, a theatre room, karaoke, and Disney- themed crafts, making crowns and mermaids.
We had it all!
This was followed by a brunch which families were invited to, to celebrate what a magical day, and year it was.
Well done to the Year 11 cohort for running the activities; it was a massive success.
Thanks to the kitchen staff for providing a brunch, and to all staff involved with facilitating on and before the day.
